hello (Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger)

Inspiration photo from La Posh Style; I wanted to emulate the dress’ scalloped edges, colors, empire band, and print.  Tried to add a little shimmer spray with the popular “flicking” technique (to make it feel artsy), but its kind of tough to see.  I masked the teal area with a negative from a die cut and then sponged the ink on; hoping to try more of this in the future!
